Unable to save mail in Sent Items within Outlook

If you are having a problem saving outgoing mails in the Sent Items folder within Outlook, and you have checked the obvious option menu is enabled. Then double check the clock date/time on your computer. If the date is incorrect, email messages will not save in the Sent Items folder within Outlook.
Further, the wrong Date/Time will cause SSL errors when browsing websites, invalid certificates and all sort of strange issues!
